Channel Strategies

Within this section you will be able to access key information and tools to inform and enable the creation and assessment of your own channel-specific strategic planning with a specific focus on digital channels which as we know, have undergone unprecedented growth as a result of Covid‑19.

These growth plans are created based on the overarching category vision and the latest insights from other channels, markets, and broader industry.

Each LRP strategic summary framework includes the following:

  • Goal – succinct and quantifiable revenue growth ambition.
  • Strategy – collaboratively defined approach as to where to play and how to win.
  • Enablers – Customer and Company operational and commercial practices / advantages underpinning this plan.
  • KPIs – definition of how and when the plan will be assessed and adjusted.

It is recommended to use and reference both the detailed planning documents and the strategy overviews when creating or evolving your own plans with Customers.

PITA Opportunity Assessment*

It is critical that we define specific and quantifiable Business Objectives AND that we provide an ambitious but achievable revenue growth objective for our Customers. Using our unique simulation tool PITA, you will be able to project the potential revenue growth based on increasing NARTD incidence and / or transactions across the year. The mutually agreed ambition is a critical KPI for any customer planning and should be used to assess success and inform the following year’s plan.
